为了提高铁片的疏水性,本文采用三氧化铁的乙醇溶液对铁片的表面进行刻蚀并用硬脂酸对刻蚀后的表面进行修饰,用扫描电子显微镜观测其微观结构,接触角测试仪测定表面张力。结果表明:经刻蚀的铁片表面有零散的凹坑和密集的丘陵状微米突起生成,形成纳米-微米二元结构。修饰后铁片表面的疏水性增强,接触角高达160°,滚动角小于4°。这种超疏水铁片具有良好的自清洁性、防污性和抗腐蚀性。
In order to improve the hydrophobicity of the iron sheet, the surface of the iron sheet was etched with alcoholic solution of iron trioxide and the surface of the iron sheet was modified with stearic acid. The microstructure of the iron sheet was observed with a scanning electron microscope. The contact angle tester Surface tension was measured. The results show that there are scattered dimples and dense hill-shaped microprotrusions on the etched iron surface, forming a nano-micron binary structure. Modified iron surface hydrophobicity increased, the contact angle of up to 160 °, roll angle of less than 4 °. This super-hydrophobic iron sheet has good self-cleaning, anti-fouling and corrosion resistance.
