白塞氏综合征是一种慢性复发性原因不明的疾病,尚无特殊疗法。作者报告1例应用消炎痛后病情迅速缓解。患者男性,41岁。其主要症状有眼萎缩,化脓性结膜炎、口腔和外生殖器部多发性溃疡。并伴发烧。心电图和心超声回波图(echocardiogram)检查证实有渗出性心包炎存在。血沉增快,有混合型血清冷球蛋白血症(包括IgG和IgA),血清IgA和IgM也增高。在阴囊溃疡部活检显示皮下小血管栓塞和血管壁淋巴细胞浸润。患者经应用消炎痛100毫克/天以后,发烧迅速消退,在一周内口腔和生殖器溃疡基本痊愈,心包渗出物也吸收,消炎痛
