目的:观察欧维婷联合利多卡因用于绝经后妇女取环术的临床效果。方法:选取114例要求取环的绝经妇女并随机分为两组,各57例,观察组采用欧维婷软膏与利多卡因联合治疗。对照组采用补佳乐与利多卡因联合治疗。对两组患者取环过程中的情况与手术成功率进行对比。结果:观察组在宫颈扩张、手术时间、手术出血量、腹部疼痛、手术成率方面均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:欧维婷与利多卡因联合对绝经后妇女取环术的治疗效果显著,成功率较高。
OBJECTIVE: To observe the clinical effect of Ouwei Ting combined with lidocaine for dementia in postmenopausal women. Methods: One hundred and seventy-four menopausal women who were asked to take the ring were selected and randomly divided into two groups (n = 57). The observation group was treated with Ouwei ting ointment and lidocaine. The control group with nadrogol and lidocaine combination therapy. The two groups of patients in the process of taking the ring compared with the success rate of surgery. Results: The observation group was better than the control group in cervical dilatation, operation time, operation bleeding, abdominal pain and operative rate (P <0.05). Conclusion: Ouwei Ting combined with lidocaine for postmenopausal women taking ring-shaped treatment of significant effect, a higher success rate.
