根据国务院两局一部关于在1997年二、三季度开展全国统计执法大检查的文件精神,我市积极迅速做出部署,并采取有效措施,推进这项工作的贯彻落实。经过准备、宣传教育和自查、抽查、案件处理与总结四个阶段工作,此次大检查取得较大成功,收到较好效果。 一、做好各项准备工作 (一)成立领导机构,做好组织准备 大检查能否顺利开展,全市各单位领导的重视程度是重要的一环。我市紧紧抓住这个环节,首先成立了以常务副市长金人庆为组长,市统计局、监察局、法制办领导为副组长的全市统计执法大检查领
