2007年11月,茅盾先生生前留下来的六大箱档案资料,由其子韦韬经手,捐赠给了茅公家乡——浙江省桐乡市档案馆。韦韬说:“这意味着从1981年父亲去世到现在,二十六年来我为父亲所做的事情终于可以画上圆满的句号了。”作为茅公的独子,韦韬被父亲称作是“我大半生活动中始终在我身边的唯一的一个人”。那么,在儿子眼里,这位中国现代文化的先驱、被称做中国文学史上一座丰碑的父亲,又是怎样的形象呢2008年早春的一天,笔者在位于京郊的韦韬先生的住所,聆听了八十五岁高龄的韦老讲述对父亲的记忆。
In November 2007, Mr. Mao Dun’s six large boxes of archival materials left over from his lifetime were donated by his son Wei Tao to the hometown of Mao Gong, the archives of Tongxiang City, Zhejiang Province. Wei Tao said: “This means that from my father’s death in 1981 until now, what I did for my father in twenty-six years can finally draw a successful conclusion. ” As the only son of Mao Gong, Wei Tao was the father said For “I am the only person who lives with me for most of my life.” So, in the eyes of his son, the pioneer of Chinese modern culture, known as the father of a monument in the history of Chinese literature, is what kind of image? One day in early spring 2008, the author is located in the Beijing suburb of Mr. Wei Tao’s residence, Listening to Wei, aged 85, talked about his memory of his father.
