京发改[2004]800号各区县物价局、海淀区计委:为进一步做好价格听证工作,不断完善价格听证制度,根据《中华人民共和国价格法》、《政府价格决策听证办法》(2002年国家计委第26号令)和《北京市实施价格听证会制度的规定》(1998年市政府第5号令)的有关规定,我委制定了《北京市政府价格决策听证办法实施细则》(以下简称《细则》),现予发布,自2004年5月20日起实施。各区县政府价格主管部门在实施《细则》中遇到的问题,请及时向我委(价格监督检查处)反映。
