目的对某锌冶炼厂建设项目职业病危害因素进行分析,评价职业病危害防护措施及其效果,提出防护建议和管理措施。方法通过职业卫生现场调查及检测,结合国家有关职业卫生标准及规范进行评价。结果项目选址、生产工艺、设备布局、职业病防护设施、个人防护用品、职业卫生管理与辅助用室等方面均符合国家相关规定;生产工艺过程中产生的职业病危害因素主要有煤尘、铅烟、铅尘、镉、锌、CO、CO2、SO2、硫酸、氨、氮氧化物、噪声、工频电磁场等。除个别作业点超标外,绝大多数作业点检测结果符合国家标准。结论该项目自动化程度较高,职业病危害防护措施和生产管理措施是可行的。
Objective To analyze the occupational hazards of a zinc smelter construction project, evaluate the protective measures against occupational hazards and their effects, and propose protective measures and recommendations. Methods Through occupational health field survey and testing, combined with national occupational health standards and norms for evaluation. Results The project site selection, production technology, equipment layout, occupational disease protection facilities, personal protective equipment, occupational health management and auxiliary rooms and other aspects are in line with relevant state regulations; occupational hazards in the production process are mainly coal dust, lead smoke , Lead dust, cadmium, zinc, CO, CO2, SO2, sulfuric acid, ammonia, nitrogen oxides, noise, power frequency electromagnetic fields. In addition to individual operating point exceeded, the vast majority of operating point test results in line with national standards. Conclusion This project has a high degree of automation and protective measures against occupational hazards and production management measures are feasible.
