袁天凡先生的简介 袁天凡先生现为盈科拓展集团(盈科)副主席。于1996年加盟盈科。在此之前,曾于1977年加入投资银行获多利有限公司,并于1985年加入美国花旗银行,成立本地投资银行部。一年后,获委任为万国宝通唯高达香港有限公司董事总经理。 袁天凡先生于1988年获委任为香港联合交易所行政总裁,他亦是香港证券结算有限公司创办董事之一。袁先生为香港联合交易所服务至1992年。于1992年至1994年,曾任美国NASDAQ(世界第二大股票市场)国际市场顾问委员会委员。 袁天凡先生持有美国芝加哥大学经济系学士学位,现任该大学校董会成员。
Profile of Mr. Yuan Tianfan Mr. Yuan Tianfan is the Vice Chairman of Pacific Century Development Group (PCCW). In 1996 joined Pacific Century. Prior to that, he joined the Victorian Investment Bank in 1977 and joined Citibank in 1985 to set up a local investment bank. One year later, he was appointed as the Managing Director of MGM Tongda Hong Kong Limited. Mr. Yuan Tian Fan was appointed as the chief executive of the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong in 1988 and is also one of the founding directors of Hong Kong Securities Clearing Company Limited. Mr. Yuan served on the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong until 1992. From 1992 to 1994, he was a member of the international market advisory committee of NASDAQ (the second largest stock market in the world) in the United States. Mr. Yuan Tianfan holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of Chicago, and is currently a member of the University Council.
