现阶段,我国的不少高校在开展学生就业创业指导方面存在的问题,职业指导的内容、形式单一,缺乏后期的追踪和记录等问题,都严重阻碍了各大高校开展有效的就业创业指导。一方面,就业创业指导管理部门的规划具有先导性和战略性的特点,对高校学生未来的发展战略和目标的实现具有重要的作用,另一方面,就业创业指导管理部门在高校中占据十分关键的地位,资源占用多,对高校的效益实现不明显使得两者之间的矛盾越演越烈,如何缓解两者之间的矛盾,并且更有效地发展就业创业指导部门的作用成为我国目前的高校管理者面临的又一大难题。在结合和运用就业创业指导管理的知识,分析我国高校目前在就业创业指导管理方面存在的问题,结合相关理论来提出改革性的对策建议迫在眉睫。
