利用热重分析法研究了含油污泥-煤混合燃料在不同条件下的燃烧特性,分析了不同配比下混合燃料的挥发份析出特性、着火特性和燃尽性能。研究表明:不同配比混合燃料的燃烧阶段都可分为100~450℃和500~800℃2个温度区间;升温速率对混合燃料燃烧曲线影响不大;混合燃料的燃尽温度从空气条件下的800℃降低到富氧80%条件下的600℃,燃烧曲线向低温侧移动。混合燃料的挥发分初析温度从单煤时的410℃迅速降低到油泥含量40%时的200℃,煤中继续掺入油泥混合燃料,挥发分初析温度变化不大;随油泥含量增大,混合燃料的着火温度逐渐从510℃降低到275℃,燃尽温度逐渐从900℃降低到605℃,燃尽时间逐渐从60 min降低到41 min;混合燃料的油泥含量为40%时,稳燃特性指数最大。因此,混合燃料具有较好的燃烧特性。
The combustion characteristics of oil-bearing sludge-coal mixed fuel under different conditions were studied by thermogravimetric analysis (TGA), and the volatilization characteristics, ignition characteristics and burnout performance of mixed fuel under different mixture ratios were analyzed.
