一、《健康价值》特刊中的卫生技术评估综述近来,在药物发展和卫生管理领域中,卫生技术评估(Health Technology Assessment,HTA)引发了较多的关注和争议。这是由于HTA带来的高风险收益引起了人们的兴趣。对HTA结果的理解很大程度上取决于各主体的视角。评论家认为,目前HTA的应用还仅限于对新医疗技术进行评估以设置其使用上的限制,但更应提倡运用HTA技术达到促进资源的有效配置及改善群体健康的目的。
I. Summary of Health Technology Assessment in Health Value Special Issue Recently, the Health Technology Assessment (HTA) has attracted more attention and controversy in the field of drug development and health management. This is due to the high interest rate risk brought by HTA. The understanding of HTA results depends very much on the perspectives of the individual subjects. At present, critics consider that the current application of HTA is limited to evaluating new medical technologies to set limits on their use. However, the use of HTA technology should be promoted to promote the effective allocation of resources and improve the health of the community.
