有关斜视基础理论方面的研究,近年来由于动物试验的进行,对有关视觉生理,双眼单视,以及在皮质中枢方面的一些视觉改变,有了一些新的认识,并对一些常见的现象,譬如斜视抑制,斜视弱视及异常视网膜对应等,有了更深刻的认识;同样在临床实践中,对斜视的处理,近年来也相应有了一些新的进展。如一些新的斜视试验,包括运动方面及知觉方面的;一些新的病变如微小度数斜视;三稜镜的治疗;以及斜视手术方面的一些改进等等。现就斜视治疗方面的一些问题,作一简单介绍。
In recent years, due to the progress of animal experiments, there have been some new understandings about visual physiology, binocular vision, and some visual changes in the cortical center, and some common phenomena such as Strabismus atrophy, strabismus amblyopia and abnormal retinal correspondence, have a more profound understanding; the same in clinical practice, the treatment of strabismus, in recent years, there have been some new progress. Such as some new strabismus tests, including motor and sensory aspects; some new lesions such as micro-scale strabismus; prism treatment; and some improvements in strabismus surgery and so on. Now on strabismus treatment of some of the problems for a brief introduction.
