民航维修单位质量控制员的胜任力是维修单位质量控制员实施维修质量控制工作的关键因素,也是判定维修质量控制员工作绩效优异与否的重要指标。采取理论与实践相结合的研究方法,采取行为事件访谈法对维修质量控制员进行访谈,收集其胜任力信息,依据实证调研的结果及相关文献研究成果,建立了包含4个一级胜任力指标和17个二级胜任力指标的维修单位质量控制员胜任力模型。其中得到9项维修单位质量控制员核心胜任力模型,运用超级决策软件(SD)对建立的模型准确性进行验证。
The competence of quality control personnel of civil aviation maintenance units is the key factor of maintenance quality control of maintenance unit quality controllers and also an important indicator to determine whether the maintenance quality controllers work well or not. Taking the research method of combining theory with practice, we interviewed the maintenance quality controller by behavioral interview and collected the information about its competency. Based on the results of empirical research and related literatures, we established a four-level competency index And 17 second-level competency indicators maintenance unit quality controller competency model. Among them, nine core competency models of quality control personnel in maintenance units were obtained, and the accuracy of the model established was verified by super decision-making software (SD).
