本研究试图探寻职前英语教师的情感智力与教师效能感之间的关系。35名来自江西师范大学外国语学校的被试参与了本研究,被试要求完成了《教师效能感量表》和《国际标准情商测试题》。经过数据的分析发现职前教师的情感智力和效能感之间有着显著的积极的关系。参照前人的研究结果对本研究的结果和意义进行了讨论。
This study attempts to explore the relationship between pre-service English teachers’ emotional intelligence and teacher’s efficacy. Thirty-five foreign language schools from Jiangxi Normal University participated in the study, and participants were asked to complete the Teacher Efficacy Scale and International Standard EQ Test Questions. After the data analysis found that pre-service teachers have a significant positive relationship between emotional intelligence and efficacy. The results and significance of this study are discussed with reference to the results of previous studies.
