目的 :探索c myc、PCNA、Fas表达与成骨性肿瘤细胞分化的关系。方法 :采用免疫组织化学方法对骨肉瘤、骨化性纤维瘤、骨纤维结构不良、正常骨痂进行c myc、PCNA、Fas蛋白测定 ,与肿瘤组织学分级、细胞分化、核丝分裂比较分析。结果 :PCNA和c myc胞核阳性与肿瘤低分化相关 ,Fas和c myc胞浆阳性与肿瘤的高分化具有一致性。结论 :PCNA高表达是瘤细胞增殖活跃的重要指标 ;c myc胞浆表达与细胞分化密切相关 ,其高表达不能代表瘤细胞的高增殖性
Objective : To explore the relationship between the expression of c myc, PCNA and Fas and the differentiation of osteoblasts. METHODS: Immunohistochemical method was used to detect c myc, PCNA and Fas protein in osteosarcoma, ossifying fibroma, fibrous dysplasia and normal osteophytes. The results were compared with histological grade, cell differentiation and nuclear fission. RESULTS: The nucleus positive of PCNA and c myc was related to the poor differentiation of the tumor. The positive cytoplasm of Fas and c myc was consistent with the high differentiation of the tumor. Conclusion : The high expression of PCNA is an important indicator of the proliferation of tumor cells. The cytoplasmic expression of c myc is closely related to cell differentiation. Its high expression does not represent the high proliferation of tumor cells.
