通过对水库泥沙淤积成因的分析,根据泥沙的物理特性,提出静水排淤方法,即利用敷设于库尾、库底通至坝下游或流域外的笛孔式管道把淤沙送出库外。该法比壅水、畅泄等动水排淤方法有以下主要优点:节水,排淤时的含沙量可达60%;可控制性强,库区内可随意控制淤积高程;不受径流限制,洪、枯水期均可随时放淤;工程措施简单;造价不贵。
