随着我国广播电视产业的发展,电视节目种类不断的增多,节目版式的模仿现象也越来越普遍,这就引发了相关法律问题。本文拟从著作权的角度探讨广播电视节目制作中出现的纷争,以期促进广播电视节目制作的良性发展。
With the development of the radio and television industry in our country, the types of television programs are constantly increasing, and the imitation of program layouts is becoming more and more common. This raises relevant legal issues. This article intends to explore the dispute arising from the production of radio and television programs from the perspective of copyright with a view to promoting the sound development of radio and television program production.
