街头执法的责任限度研究目前得到许多关注,本文首先是对街头执法的责任限度研究进行综述,其次是论述影响街头执法责任限度的因素;最后是对街头执法的责任限度研究的未来判断,在其中还论述了这一研究需要在法律制度、执法环境和行政伦理道德这三个方面加大研究力度,改善街头执法的现状,深化对街头执法的责任限度研究。
At present, the research on the liability limits of street law enforcement has received much attention at present. This article first reviews the research on the liability limits of street law enforcement, secondly discusses the factors that affect the limits of street law enforcement; and finally, the future judgment on the liability limits of street law enforcement, It also discusses that this research needs to intensify research efforts in the legal system, law enforcement environment and administrative ethics, improve the status quo of street law enforcement, and deepen the study on the liability limits of street law enforcement.
