目的调查并分析镇江及周边部分地区8起副溶血性弧菌食物中毒的分子流行病学特征。方法对经API生化鉴定的40株副溶血性弧菌进行毒力基因(tdh和trh)及功能基因(toxRS/new和orf8)测定、血清学分型和脉冲场凝胶电泳(PFGE)分型。结果 tdh阳性率为85.0%(34/40),trh阳性率为5.0%(2/40),toxRS/new阳性率为50.0%(20/40),orf8阳性率为42.5%(17/40);血清型以O3∶K6为主;PFGE分型显示A~B群间相似度>80%。结论镇江及周边部分地区8起食物中毒事件中的副溶血性弧菌主要为O3∶K6大流行克隆,且具有高度同源性。
Objective To investigate and analyze the molecular epidemiological characteristics of eight pathogenic Vibrio parahaemolyticus food poisoning in Zhenjiang and its surrounding areas. Methods The 40 strains of Vibrio parahaemolyticus identified by API were tested for virulence genes (tdh and trh) and functional genes (toxRS / new and orf8), serotyping and pulsed field gel electrophoresis (PFGE). Results The positive rate of tdh was 85.0% (34/40), the positive rate of trh was 5.0% (2/40), the positive rate of toxRS / new was 50.0% (20/40), the positive rate of orf8 was 42.5% (17/40) ; The serotypes were mainly O3: K6; the PFGE typing showed that the similarity between A and B groups was> 80%. Conclusion Vibrio parahaemolyticus in 8 food poisoning cases in Zhenjiang and its surrounding areas was mainly O3: K6 pandemic clones with high homology.
