目前无芯感应电炉在有色金属铸造中已得到了广泛的应用,但使用的坩埚主要有以下两种,即铸铁坩埚和石英砂打结坩埚。关于坩埚的材料目前还是大家共同关心的一个问题。有的认为铸铁坩埚好,有的认为石英砂打结坩埚好,各述已见,众说不一。总的看来,铸铁坩埚更换方便,热损失小,电效率高,功率因数高,这些是它的优点。但易于变形、涨大、使用寿命短这是大家公认的缺点。对于熔炼铝合金来说,铸铁坩埚最大的缺点还在于它易于增铁、使铝液质量变坏。所以熔炼铝合金一般不宜采用铸铁坩埚。
At present, coreless induction furnace has been widely used in non-ferrous metal casting, but the crucible used mainly has the following two kinds, namely, cast iron crucible and quartz sand knot crucible. The crucible material is still a common concern of all. Some think that cast iron crucibles are good, and some think that crucibles are good for quartz sand knot. In general, cast iron crucibles are easy to replace, have low thermal losses, have high electrical efficiencies, and have a high power factor, all of which are its advantages. But easy to deformation, increase, short life expectancy is a recognized disadvantage. For the melting of aluminum, the biggest disadvantage of cast iron crucible is that it is easy to add iron, so that the quality of molten aluminum worse. Therefore, the general use of cast aluminum melting smelting crucible.
