舆论监督,是新闻界和社会上的一个热门话题。但由于我国政治体制改革尚处在起步阶段.舆论监督的作用和范围还比较有限,新闻界在开展这项工作时还有不少困难。这除了一些同志说的体制上的原因外,还有一个新闻界同有关部门,包括同一些领导机关,在认识上不大一致的问题。而且,从实践的角度看,消除这种认识上的反差,对于当前开展好舆论监督,从而推动改革前进,比起解决体制问题更迫切。
Public opinion supervision is a hot topic in the press and in society. However, as our political system reform is still in its infancy, the role and scope of public opinion supervision is still relatively limited, and the press still has a lot of difficulties in carrying out this work. Apart from the institutional reasons some comrades said, there is also a problem that the press circles are not quite in common with the relevant departments, including the same leading bodies. Moreover, from a practical point of view, the elimination of this contrast in cognition is more urgent than the solution to the institutional problem for the present supervision of public opinion so as to push forward the reform.
