政府决策是行政管理的核心,事关政府行政行为的成败。当前,在法治实践过程中,一些基层政府决策失误所导致的重大社会事件、特大经济损失事件时有发生。对此,本文就基层政府决策法制化进程中存在的主要问题和应对措施谈点个人看法,以期规范政府的行政行为,推动政府决策的法制化进程。
Government decision-making is the core of the administration and the success or failure of the government’s administrative action. At present, during the course of the rule of law, major social events and extraordinary economic losses caused by the mistakes made by some grassroots governments have taken place. In this regard, this article talks about the main problems and countermeasures that exist in the process of legal decision-making of grass-roots government decision-making, with a view to standardizing the government’s administrative behavior and promoting the legalization of government decision-making process.
