收集国内外芭蕉属Musa果树品种101个,在苗期进行过氧化物酶同工酶分析,获得33种酶谱类型。从芭蕉属品种的起源、演变分析,野生蕉和香蕉品种的过氧化物酶同工酶类型最多;大蕉次之;粉蕉、龙牙蕉的酶谱较少。比较野生蕉、大蕉、粉蕉和香蕉种类的酶谱,均具有各自特有的酶带,通过过氧化物酶同工酶的分析可予以区分,这种依据酶谱表现的分类与 Simmonds的15个性状评分的分类基本一致,并且比从外部性状分类法优越。研究表明,过氧化物酶同工酶与蕉类品种的亲缘有密切关系。
