四、紧张的工作条件系统地阐述关于紧张的学说,要求更加清楚地叙述工作条件致病的病因过程。人们可以推测这些过程具有下列某些特点: 1、紧张的工作条件与其说是自动限制的(self-limiting)倒不如说是趋于长期性的。 2、对该长期性处境的习惯或适应是很难的,会引起某种形式的失眠症或兴奋状态。 3、不能适应工作环境的要求可导致严重的后果。
