颁布实施公务员法,标志着干部人事管理进入了法制化的新阶段。本文认为,当前全面推进公务员法的贯彻实施是各级干部人事管理部门提高干部人事管理水平的首要任务,要以公务员法的颁布实施为契机,努力在推进公务员法的贯彻实施中不断提高干部人事管理水平,切实建设一支政治上靠得住、工作上有本事、作风上过得硬、人民群众信得过的公务员队伍。
The promulgation and implementation of the Civil Servant Law marked a new phase of legalization of cadres and personnel administration. This paper argues that the current implementation of the full implementation of the Civil Servant Law is the primary task of the cadre and personnel administration departments at all levels to improve the personnel management level of the cadres.
