会议把一九五○年的工作作了总结,对一九五一年的工作,作了布置,都很好,我只提一点意见:监察委员会在我们人民政府还是一个新的组织机构,监察工作是一部份新的工作制度,这个工作很重要,是我们新民主主义国家许多工作中不可缺少的一部份工作。作好这一部份工作,就可以有系统地发现我们工作中的各项政策,是否正确地贯彻下去了,我们工作中有些什么好的成绩和榜样,又有些什么严重的缺点和错误;我们的干部是否忠实于人民和自己的事业,有没有消极怠工贪污腐化等现象;我们的组织中是不是混入了
