本文主要通过干式布袋除尘PLC系统的设计,介绍冗余系统在仪表检测各个层级的应用。按照仪表检测层级,可将冗余系统分为(1)现场检测冗余;(2)二次仪表冗余,其中包括常规显示控制系统冗余及PLC系统硬件冗余;(3)上位机系统冗余,其中包括电源系统冗余、服务器冗余、网络冗余、操作员站冗余及软件冗余。着重介绍了Siemens AS417-4H冗余型PLC及相应的上位机系统在除尘控制系统中的应用,并介绍了一种利用PCS7实现AS417-4H CPU之间以太网冗余通讯的实现方法。
This article mainly through the dry bag dust PLC system design, introduces the redundancy system in the instrument examination each level application. According to the instrument detection level, the redundant system can be divided into (1) site detection redundancy; (2) secondary instrument redundancy, including conventional display control system redundancy and PLC system hardware redundancy; (3) host computer system Redundancy, including power system redundancy, server redundancy, network redundancy, operator station redundancy and software redundancy. The application of Siemens AS417-4H redundant PLC and corresponding host computer system in dust control system is emphatically introduced. And a method to realize Ethernet redundancy communication between AS417-4H CPU by PCS7 is introduced.
