1987年2月17日～03月17日义马市常村乡新南村发生一起以腹泻、腹鸣、腹胀、腹痛为主要症状的腹泻流行。全村470人发病151例,发病率为32.13%。用pAGE 和 ELISA 法对19例患者粪液检出 ADRV 分别为89.47%和100%,并确认此次流行为 ADRV 感染所致。本次流行原因是供水系统污染造成的,饮用污染水居民发病率为36.38%,同村居民饮用非污染水则无病例发生。病人预后良好。
Feb. 17, 1987 ~ Mar. 17, 1987 A diarrhea epidemic with diarrhea, abdominal flaring, bloating and abdominal pain as the main symptoms occurred in Xinnan Village, Changcun Township, Yima City. The village of 470 people onset of 151 cases, the incidence was 32.13%. The ADRV of feces of 19 patients were detected by pAGE and ELISA respectively 89.47% and 100%, and confirmed that the epidemic was caused by ADRV infection. The epidemic was caused by the pollution of the water supply system. The incidence of drinking contaminated water residents was 36.38%. No cases of non-polluted water were consumed by residents in the same village. The patient’s prognosis is good.
