支气管哮喘是一种由肥大细胞、嗜酸细胞、T淋巴细胞等多种细胞参与的气道变应性炎症性疾病。目前大量研究证实:至少有10余种细胞、20余种细胞因子和50余种活性介质参与了支气管哮喘发病机制的调节。细胞、细胞因子网络间存在复杂的双相作用,Th1/Th2平衡失凋,导致Th2系统优势表达(即Ⅱ型炎症反应)是支气管哮喘炎症形成和发展的主要机制。而其中γ-干扰素(IFN-γ)的作用不容忽视。
Bronchial asthma is an airway allergic inflammatory disease involving a variety of cells such as mast cells, eosinophils and T lymphocytes. At present a large number of studies confirmed that: at least 10 kinds of cells, more than 20 kinds of cytokines and more than 50 kinds of active mediators involved in the pathogenesis of bronchial asthma regulation. There are complex biphasic interactions between cells and cytokines, and the imbalance of Th1 / Th2 leads to the predominant expression of Th2 system (type Ⅱinflammatory response), which is the main mechanism of inflammation formation and development in bronchial asthma. Which the role of γ-interferon (IFN-γ) can not be ignored.
