高校教师信息管理是一项复杂而艰巨的工作,随着高校对档案管理要求的不断提高,实现档案管理的现代化已是大势所趋。基于多元评价理论,笔者设计高校教师信息管理系统,该系统主要使用Asp.net三层架构模式开发,使用Visual Studio2015作为开发工具,利用Access数据库存储数据。系统的功能模块主要包括基本信息、教学档案、科研档案、荣誉与奖励信息、培训档案、社会活动档案等。该系统的应用能够显著提高教师业绩档案管理的效率,使档案管理科学化、规范化、自动化。
College teacher information management is a complex and arduous task. With the continuous improvement of archives management requirements in colleges and universities, it is the general trend to modernize the file management. Based on multivariate evaluation theory, the author designs college teacher information management system. The system mainly uses Asp.net three-tier architecture model development, using Visual Studio2015 as a development tool and using Access database to store data. System function modules include basic information, teaching files, scientific research files, honor and reward information, training files, social activities and other files. The application of the system can significantly improve the efficiency of the file management of teachers’ performance and make the file management scientific, standardized and automated.
