前言排气伐是汽车发动机上一个重要的零件,它工作的好坏直接影响着发动机的性能和寿命,使用中往往会由于伐的损坏而导致整台发动机的过早报废。1976年,我厂生产的一批EQ140五吨载重车,有11台行驶不到一万公里就由于伐折断而造成发动机损坏。目前,国内排气伐的寿命普遍低于20万公里,有的连五万公里也不到,如不采取措施提高寿命,必然要导致材料消耗越来越多,配件用量愈来愈大的局面,这与降低成本,提高质量要求是不相适应的。
