目的:研究蒙古苍耳草的化学成分。方法:运用多种色谱技术分离蒙古苍耳草中的化学成分,根据波谱数据和理化性质鉴定化合物结构。结果:从蒙古苍耳全草中共分离得到10个化合物,分别鉴定为:棕榈酸(1)、3,4-二羟基苯甲酸甲酯(2)、原儿茶醛(3)、咖啡酸甲酯(4)、香草酸(5)、对羟基苯甲酸(6)、咖啡酸乙酯(7)、绿原酸(8)、咖啡酸(9)、3,4-二咖啡酰奎宁酸(10)。结论:其中,化合物1~5、7、10为首次从该植物中分离得到。
Objective: To study the chemical constituents of Komodo in Mongolia. Methods: The chemical constituents of Kom., Japonica, were isolated by a variety of chromatographic techniques. Their chemical structures were elucidated on the basis of spectral data and physicochemical properties. Results: Ten compounds were isolated from the whole plant of Pleurotus ostreatus and identified as palmitic acid (1), methyl 3,4-dihydroxybenzoate (2), protocatechuic aldehyde (3), caffeic acid methyl ester (5), p-hydroxybenzoic acid (6), ethyl caffeate (7), chlorogenic acid (8), caffeic acid (9), 3,4- dicaffeoylquinic acid (10). Conclusion: Among them, compounds 1 ~ 5, 7 and 10 were isolated from this plant for the first time.
