目的:通过试验建立刺五加注射液的细菌内毒素检查法。方法:按《中国药典》2000年版二部“细菌内毒素检查法”进行干扰试验。结果:样品的最大非干扰浓度为8倍稀释液(0．625 mg·ml-1)。结论:刺五加注射液可以用细菌内毒素检查法检测。
Objective: To establish a bacterial endotoxin test method for experimental Acanthopanax injection. Method: According to “Chinese Pharmacopoeia” 2000 edition “Bacterial Endotoxin Test” interference test. Results: The maximum non-interfering concentration of the sample was 8 times dilution (0.625 mg·ml-1). Conclusion: Acanthopanax injection can be detected by bacterial endotoxin test.
