为了比较卫星搭载冰草种子苗期的抗旱性,试验在土壤干旱胁迫条件下,测定了植株叶片的相对含水量、叶绿素、脯氨酸和丙二醛含量,并且运用模糊隶属函数法对卫星搭载的27份材料的耐旱性进行了综合分析。结果表明:空间搭载对种苗生长的4项生理指标表现出正负2种效应;4项生理指标综合评价结果显示,空间环境处理的冰草抗旱性在A24、A25、A28株系的抗旱能力均优于对照。说明空间诱变可获得有价值的变异材料。
In order to compare the drought resistance of satellites carrying ice grass seedlings at seedling stage, the relative water content, chlorophyll, proline and malondialdehyde content of plant leaves were measured under soil drought stress conditions. The satellite was equipped with fuzzy membership function The drought resistance of 27 materials was analyzed comprehensively. The results showed that there were two positive and negative effects on the four physiological indices of seedling growth. The comprehensive evaluation of four physiological indices showed that drought resistance of Agropyron glauca in space environment was higher than that of A24, A25 and A28 All better than the control. Explain that space mutagenesis can yield valuable mutants.
