中国航海学会二届理事会第八次理事长办公会中国航海学会于1989年1月7日在京召开了第八次理事办公会。出席会的有理事长彭德清、副理事长钱永昌、贺崇升、罗钰如、高原、卓友瞻、沈志成、常务理事兼学术工作委员会主任张德洪、常务理事兼秘书长王志远,副秘书长刘振刚、唐建华、初吉东等十二人,方嘉德副理事长派代表参加了会议。会议由彭德清理事长主持。会议主要是听取了几项工作的汇报和讨论有关问题。
China Navigation Society Eighth Council of the eighth director of the office of the Society of Chinese Navigation in January 7, 1989 in Beijing held the eighth director office. Attendees Peng Deqing, Vice Chairman Qian Yongchang, He Chongsheng, Luo Yuru, Gao Yuan, Zhuo Youzhan and Shen Zhicheng, Zhang Dehong, executive director and director of academic work committee, Wang Zhiyuan, executive director and secretary general, Liu Zhengang, Tang Jianhua, Kyrgyzstan East and other twelve, Vice President Fang Jiade sent representatives to attend the meeting. The meeting was chaired by Chairman Peng Deqing. The meeting mainly heard several reports on the work and discussed the issues.
