随着我国社会经济的飞速发展和科学技术的不断提高,许多行业都发生了翻天覆地的变化,煤矿生产行业也不例外。近年来,我国的煤矿企业无论是生产质量还是生产规模都有了新的进步,但仍有一些问题依旧存在,尤其是在安全社区文化的建设方面,仍缺乏足够健全的建设机制。基于此,本文从煤矿企业安全社区文化建设的重要性和安全管理与安全社区的关系出发,重点介绍了企业安全社区文化建设的方式方法,以希冀给企业提供一些可行的建议和指导。
With the rapid socio-economic development in our country and the continuous improvement of science and technology, many industries have undergone tremendous changes. The coal mining industry is no exception. In recent years, new progress has been made in China’s coal mining enterprises both in terms of production quality and production scale. However, some problems still exist. In particular, there is still a lack of a sound and sound construction mechanism in building safe community culture. Based on this, starting from the importance of coal mine safety community culture construction and the relationship between safety management and safety community, this paper focuses on the ways and means of building safety community culture, hoping to provide some feasible advice and guidance to the enterprises.
