徐绍史说,政府网站经过十年建设已经取得了一些有益经验。政府网站定位明确,体现政府转变职能的趋势。增加政府工作的透明度,提高政府的行政效能;政府网站贴近公众,体现以民为本的理念。建设政府网站,让公众知情,为公众服务,与公众交流,让公众来分享网站带来的便利;政府网站体现了协同共建的要求。各地各部门认识到要加强自身的网站建设,要配合央网做好保障工作。
Xu Shaoshi said that after ten years of construction, the government website has made some useful experiences. The government website has a clear positioning and reflects the tendency of the government to change its functions. Increase the transparency of government work and improve the administrative efficiency of the government. The government website is close to the public and embodies the people-oriented concept. Building a government website, letting the public know, serving the public, communicating with the public and letting the public share the convenience brought by the website; and government websites embody the requirements of co-construction. All localities and departments have realized that they need to strengthen their own website construction and do a good job in safeguarding their work in cooperation with the Central Government.
