随着我国社会经济的不断发展,企业之间也存在着比较激烈的竞争。企业要想健康稳定发展下去,就需要不断树立自身的品牌形象,还要不断提高企业人力资源管理水平。只要这样,才会有更多的优秀人才留在企业中,并更好地为企业服务。本文首先分析了企业人力资源管理所存在的问题,然后对企业人力资源培训战略化管理措施进行详细的分析,从而为我国企业以后可持续发展提供一些参考意见。
With the continuous development of our country’s social economy, there is also a fierce competition among enterprises. If enterprises want to develop healthily and steadily, they need to constantly establish their own brand image, and constantly improve their human resources management level. As long as this is the case, more talents will remain in the enterprise and serve the enterprises better. This paper first analyzes the existing problems in the human resources management of enterprises and then analyzes the strategic management measures of the human resources training in enterprises in detail, so as to provide some reference suggestions for the future sustainable development of Chinese enterprises.
