新兴煤矿在以往施工过程中普遍采用单楔形掏槽进行爆破,掏槽眼一般布置在巷道断面的中部,循环进度一般在1.2~1.5m,易产生底高和底根现象,拉底时,两帮超挖、欠挖现象十分严重,而且底板易产生瞎炮、循环进度低、放炮次数多,造成安全隐患。为了解决上述问题,新兴煤矿2011年4月在掘进区10801掘进队施工的八采区三水平左二片46层回风道工作面进行底部复式楔形掏槽中深孔爆破技术试验,经过试验对比和摸索,取得比较好的效果。
