齿根应力决定着轮齿的弯曲强度,对于齿根部位的应力分布情况可以通过解析法、光测及电测法来研究,然而相比之下,有限元法有其独特的优点。本文通过大量国内外资料的分析对比,提出了用有限元法分析齿根应力若干问题的看法,并对典型齿形用不同网格划分形式反复进行了计算。计算结果与各国研究人员的计算相比已达到了一定的精度要求,并再次验证了ISO 方法是偏于安全的。本文通过有限元计算及光弹试验,对齿根圆角处的应力分布情况进行了较深入的探讨,并在此基础上,对提高轮齿弯曲强度提出了一些看法。
Dental root stress determines the flexural strength of gear teeth. The stress distribution at the tooth root can be studied by analytical method, optical measurement and electrical measurement method. However, the finite element method has its own unique advantages. Based on the analysis and comparison of a large number of domestic and foreign materials, this paper put forward the opinion of using finite element method to analyze some problems of tooth root stress, and calculated the typical tooth form with different meshing forms. Compared with the calculation of researchers in various countries, the calculation results have reached a certain degree of accuracy, and once again verified that the ISO method is biased towards safety. In this paper, the finite element calculation and the photoelastic test are used to investigate the stress distribution in the root fillet deeply. Based on this, some suggestions are put forward to improve the bending strength of the gear tooth.
