根据大庆油田现场的调查 ,泥岩层吸水蠕变、地层滑动是引起套管损坏的重要原因之一 .因而 ,提出了井体的“分段连续支承梁模型” .通过对该模型的计算与分析 ,研究了泥岩层的支承刚度的减小对地层界面处的载荷分配比例以及井体变形与内力分布的影响 .分析结果表明 :随着泥岩层水量增加 ,支承刚度的减小 ,套管的变形增大从而造成套管的破坏 ,这为解决套管损坏问题提供了理论上的参考依据
According to the field investigation in Daqing oil field, the creep of water absorption and the slip of formation in the mudstone layer are one of the important causes of the casing damage.Therefore, the “section continuous beam model” of wellbore is proposed. Through the calculation and analysis of the model , The effects of the reduction of bearing stiffness of mudstone on the load distribution ratio at the interface of the formation and the deformation and internal force distribution of the wellbore are studied.The results show that with the increase of mudstone water volume and the decrease of bearing stiffness, Which will lead to the destruction of the casing, which provides a theoretical reference for solving the casing damage problem
