应用~1H—~(13)C co(?)y,~1H—~(13)C long(?)ange cosy等二维核磁共振技术,对文冠木中具有血小板聚集抑制活性的5种黄酮类成分的~1H—及~(13)C—NMR信号做了明确归属。
Using two-dimensional NMR techniques such as ~1H-~(13)C co(?)y,~1H-~(13)C long(?)ange cosy, the five flavonoids with inhibitory activity of platelet aggregation in cultured wood were used. The ~1H- and ~(13)C-NMR signals of the class components were explicitly assigned.
