植物名称:火炬花(Kniphofia sp.)。材料类别:7日龄无菌苗。培养条件:采用MS为基本培养基。1.MS不附加任何植物激素作为培育无菌苗之用。2.MS+BA 2+NAA 0.5毫克·升~(-1)(单位下同),用以诱导无菌苗产生愈伤组织。3.MS+BA 3+IAA 1,用以诱导丛生苗。4.MS+NAA0.1或1/2 MS+NAA0.1,用以诱导生根。各种培养基均加琼脂固化,pH值调到5.6—5.8,培养室每天补充光照12小时,光强1200—20001x,室温27±1℃。生长和分化情况: 1.将灭菌的种子播种在发芽培养基上,约一周
