《改革》杂志座谈“在坚持四项基本原则下,如何进一步改革开放?”这个问题,从原则上说,不难说清楚。因为,我国面临的历史性课题就是实现社会主义现代化,为了促进社会主义现代化,就必须改革开放。因此,凡是有助于促进社会主义现代化的改革开放,就是在坚持四项基本原则下的改革开放。当然,怎样的进一步改革开放才能更好地促进社会主义现代化,而不是与它背道而驰,需要作具体的分析。
