目的 探讨中性粒细胞(PMN)膜脂流动性改变与脂质过氧化的关系。方法 采用荧光偏振技术对36 例急性脑梗死患者和24 例正常对照组外周血PMN 膜脂流动性进行了测定。结果 脑梗死组PMN 膜脂流动性较对照组显著下降(P< 0.001),膜脂流动性改变与血浆MDA 水平呈负相关,与血浆SOD 水平呈正相关。结论 PMN 膜脂流动性降低在脑梗死的病理过程中起着一定的作用。
Objective To investigate the relationship between lipid fluidity and lipid peroxidation of neutrophil (PMN). Methods Fluorescence polarization was used to measure the PMN membrane fluidity in 36 patients with acute cerebral infarction and 24 normal controls. Results The membrane fluidity of PMN in cerebral infarction group was significantly lower than that in control group (P <0.001). The change of membrane lipid fluidity was negatively correlated with plasma MDA level and positively correlated with plasma SOD level. Conclusion The decrease of PMN membrane fluidity plays a role in the pathological process of cerebral infarction.
