目的探讨医院消毒供应中心回收污染物品运输工具的清洗消毒方法。方法采用高压冲洗喷雾消毒法和传统擦拭消毒法对使用后的运送车、周转箱清洗消毒后,在不同部位进行采样并做细菌培养计数。结果高压冲洗喷雾消毒法处理后,回收运输工具各部位均达标,包括运送车内层角落,同时整个处理程序时间高压冲洗喷雾消毒组仅40 m in,而传统擦拭消毒组为120 m in。结论高压冲洗喷雾消毒法对回收运输工具的处理高效、经济、快速、便捷,临床实用性强,操作者易于掌握,适合物体表面清洗消毒。
Objective To investigate the method of cleaning and disinfecting the transportation facilities of contaminated articles in the hospital disinfection supply center. Methods The high-pressure washing spray disinfection method and the traditional wipe disinfection method were used to clean and sterilize the transport vehicles and the turnover box after use. Samples were taken in different parts and bacterial culture count was done. Results After the high-pressure flushing spray disinfection method, all parts of the recycling vehicle reached the standard, including the inner corners of the delivery vehicle. Meanwhile, the entire treatment program time was only 40 mins for the high pressure flushing spray disinfection group, compared with 120 mins for the conventional wiping disinfection group. Conclusions The high-pressure flushing spray disinfection method is efficient, economical, rapid and convenient for the recovery of transportation vehicles. It has strong practicability in clinical practice and is easy for the operator to grasp. It is suitable for the surface cleaning and disinfection of objects.
