人力资源管理将人力这一资源视作创造价值的根本,其管理模式是通过规划、开发、考核、激励等手段进行的,目的是为了提高企业的竞争优势。在企业对于人力资源进行管理之中,绩效考核是衡量人力资源优劣的重要途径。通过考核不仅能后促进员工目标与组织目标相一致,从而激发员工的潜能,同时也能够通过考核结果,进行优化升级,提高自身发展空间。基于以上几点对于人力资源绩效考核的方法进行研究是十分必要的,同时也可以进一步促进人力资源的相关研究。
Human resource management regards human resources as the foundation for creating value, and its management mode is through planning, development, assessment and incentive so as to improve the competitive advantage of enterprises.
