1997年4月,我市某医院计免接种门诊在实施乙型脑炎疫苗(上海生物制品研究所生产,批号951106—2,有效期97.6)接种时连续发生13例接种皮肤过敏反应,现将接种反应的经过和处理情况报告如下:1 临床经过13例患儿在接种乙型脑炎疫苗20～40分钟后四肢末端及全身皮肤出现大小不等的斑状皮疹。年龄最小的1岁,最大的10岁。症状轻的经门诊用扑尔敏治疗后4～12小时缓解,1例10岁儿童因症状重而收入住院治疗。2 检查与治疗
