针对货车自动车钩装置零件堆焊后在列车运行中所出现的堆焊层损伤、锐边与基体金属崩裂等问题,进行了堆焊试样的金相组织研究与测定及焊道材料与施焊顺序等一系列结构与工艺方面的改进。经试验台和驼峰线路试验表明:改进后的车钩堆焊零件取得了令人满意的效果。
