精胆液对小鼠实验性腹泻的对抗作用

试验表明，精胆液可减慢小鼠胃排空及肠蠕动速度，对抗蓖麻油引起的腹泻，抗小鼠痢疾杆菌感染的ＥＤ５０为３．５８ｍｇ／ｋｇ。

Tests have shown that Jingji liquid can slow the gastric emptying and the speed of peristalsis in mice, against diarrhea caused by castor oil, and the ED50 for anti-disease infection of mice is 3.58mg/kg.
